The Arlington Outdoor Education Association (AOEA) makes hands-on science learning and exploration possible for Arlington Public School (APS) students at the Outdoor Lab. AOEA conserves an outdoor education campus of 313 acres and maintains facilities – specifically the Cottage and Animal Lab – which create an unparalleled learning opportunity for young, curious minds.

Make a One-Time Gift

Recurring gifts provide steady support for AOEA we can count on all year.
Use Your Donor Advised Fund (DAF)
Already have a DAF? Use our DAF Finder tool to give directly — it connects automatically with your fund custodian. You can also contact your DAF manager and request a distribution to AOEA using our Tax ID #54-0840089.
Make A Memorial or Tribute Gift
Celebrate a loved one with a tribute or memorial gift. Please note their name/s on the online donation form (or in your letter). If you provide their contact information, we’ll share with them — or their family — that a gift was made in their honor.
Give from Your IRA
If you are 70½ or older, a gift made directly from your IRA is often tax-free and can count toward your Required Minimum Distribution — a smart way to give while reducing your tax burden. You can contact your IRA administrator and request a distribution to Arlington Outdoor Education Association, Tax ID# 54-0840089.
Donate Stock

Designate Workplace Giving
The AOEA is a public charity, and participates in the United Way, Combined Federal Campaign, and appreciates the matching donations of many individual employers. If making an individual donation, please check with your employer to see if they match all or part and increase the impact for The Outdoor Lab.

Leave a Legacy – Make a Bequest
Bequests can be made through your will or trust and provide you with a flexible way to make a lasting impact. You can share the sample language below with your attorney and/or advisor.
